This Thursday, October 16, Maciej Kubiak will speak at the 7th Conference “Law of New Technologies – Current Issues and Emerging Challenges”, organized by C.H.Beck Publishing.
 
Together with Agnieszka Wiercińska-Krużewska, Maciej will co-host a panel discussion on litigation challenges in the era of generative artificial intelligence, addressing topics such as:
 
• How the development of generative AI is shaping dispute resolution.
• Its potential impact on the burden of proof in practice.
• Issues related to contesting and verifying the credibility of evidence in cases concerning authorship of AI-generated works (copyright and authorship disputes).
• Whether generative AI will become a source of new litigation strategies.
• The challenges faced by parties in court and arbitration proceedings.
• The role of AI tools in conducting and adjudicating disputes.
