Tymoteusz has extensive knowledge of European Union law, including in particular competition law, internal market regulations, and regulations concerning new technologies. He also deals with commercial law and issues related to civil law.
He is passionate about soccer—primarily Spain’s La Liga, but also the domestic league. He loves traveling, literature, and expanding his culinary horizons.

He gained his first experience in the competition law team at a Warsaw law firm.
Education
In 2025, he graduated from Tilburg University in the Netherlands with an LL.M. degree in Law & Technology. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at Maastricht University in the Netherlands, where he obtained an LL.B. degree in European Union law. He is currently a law student at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk.
