It’s another year in a row that we’ve had the pleasure of meeting at Warsaw Next!
 
Last Thursday, Adrian Chodyna and Piotr Nikołajuk gave a lecture on “Legal aspects of screenwriting” during the 41st edition of the Warsaw Film Festival.
 
During the session dedicated to the legal aspects of a screenwriter’s work, participants learned, among other things, what to pay attention to when creating a script, how to legally “clear” it (script clearance), where the line lies between inspiration and plagiarism, and what opportunities and risks come with the use of artificial intelligence in the creative process.
