Last Friday, the Mariusz Walter Award ceremony took place – this is the third edition of this unique award for media professionals.
 
Mariusz Walter, creator of TVP2 and founder of TVN, built the media with passion and vision, and it is these values that the award aims to promote truth, courage, reliability and sensitivity to people.
 
The 2025 Mariusz Walter Award laureates are: Arleta Zalewska (Media Personality of the Year), Jacek Harłukowicz (Media Event of the Year), Jakub Wiech (New Voice in Media) and Włodzimierz Szaranowicz (Sports in Media), while the Special Award went to Grzegorz Dobiecki for his outstanding body of journalistic work.
 
SKP has served as the auditor and legal counsel of the competition since its very first edition, because media is an area that has always been close to our heart. We are involved at every stage — including during the jury’s deliberations. On behalf of SKP, the project is supervised by Maciej Ślusarek and Maciej Dudek.
