On March 25, as part of SKP’s collaboration with the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdańsk, our firm’s managing partner, attorney-at-law Tomasz Pieczyk, delivered a lecture for students on M&A transactions.
 
During the lecture, the following topics were discussed: the basic terminology used in M&A transactions, types of transactions based on their subject matter (including share deals vs asset deals), the stages and types of agreements, due diligence reports, and the most common pricing methods.
 
We would like to thank Prof. Bartłomiej Gliniecki for the invitation, and the students for their large turnout and active participation.
