Tomorrow marks the start of the 6th Creativity Forum: Artificial Intelligence. How to use it effectively and not be used by it.
 
During the event, Marlena Kudła will moderate the panel “AI Regulations in Law”.
 
Panelists Aneta Zradzińska, Zbigniew Okoń, Elżbieta Balcerowska, Mikołaj Wojtal, and Monika Chmielewska will discuss whether artificial intelligence can be considered a creator under current regulations, analyzing the European AI Act. They will also focus on authors’ rights and the protection of their works in the process of training AI tools, as well as on the legal changes needed to safeguard creators in the era of rapid technological development.
 
The event is organized by Creative Poland Association (Stowarzyszenie Kreatywna Polska).
