In the age of digitalisation, responsibility for posts published on social media is becoming increasingly important.
 
We had the pleasure of supporting some of the initiators and organisers of the ‘Warmth from Poland for Kyiv’ campaign. The following entities took part in organising this fundraiser: the Open Dialogue Foundation, the Stand with Ukraine Foundation, Euromaidan-Warsaw, the Democracy Foundation, the editorial staff of Sestry.eu, joined by the Polish Business Roundtable Foundation, the Entrepreneurship Club, the United Nations Global Compact, the Polish Red Cross and the Entrepreneurs Help initiative, which brings together members of the Polish Business Roundtable, Corporate Connections, Employers of Poland and BNI Poland. We are counteracting misinformation about the resale on a Ukrainian website of generators purchased with funds raised by our clients through a charity fundraiser.
 
As part of the pro bono legal assistance provided, we have already taken the first steps to protect the good name of our clients and the reputation of their charitable activities.
