The Civil Law Codification Commission is working on introducing mandatory representation by attorneys and legal advisers in commercial cases before regional courts, as well as in appellate proceedings.
 
In an interview with Krzysztof Sobczyk for Prawo.pl, Maciej Ślusarek, managing partner at SKP, points out that the development of the legal services market means that such a solution should not restrict access to the courts and may in fact improve case preparation and the efficiency of proceedings — which is important both for entrepreneurs and for citizens.
