Aleksandra specializes in conducting civil court proceedings, with particular focus on the protection of personal rights, as well as intellectual property law. She represents clients in matters concerning violations of reputation, goodwill, privacy, and image rights, as well as in copyright disputes. She also supports clients in managing media crises.
Her interests focus on yoga, cinema and foreign languages, which remain an important part of her daily activities.
Experience
She gained professional experience during her studies, working for international corporations and boutique law firms in Poland and Italy. As part of her internship, she dealt with civil proceedings and intellectual property cases. For two years, she also worked at the Law Clinic of the University of Warsaw, providing pro bono legal assistance.
Education
Aleksandra Fabrycka is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Warsaw under the Interdisciplinary Individual Studies in the Humanities and Social Sciences (MISH) programme, where she also studied Italian studies. As part of the Erasmus+ programme, she spent a semester at Roma Tre University in Rome.
