Aleksandra gained professional experience as an in-house lawyer in IT companies, where she supported clients in the areas of technology contracts (with a particular focus on cloud solutions), regulation and compliance. For years, she headed the legal department of a globally operating SaaS services company, gaining experience in providing services to international capital groups operating in various jurisdictions. She also worked with one of the global market leaders in cyber security services, advising on regulatory compliance and providing comprehensive contractual legal services, including negotiation, drafting and review of contracts. She has also led numerous IT systems implementation projects.
 
Her practice focuses on advising on personal data, legal aspects of new technologies and e-commerce. Aleksandra helps entrepreneurs implement innovative solutions in compliance with current regulations and represents them in digital negotiations and disputes.
