He specialises in tax law, advising in particular on transaction planning in terms of tax asset management and regulating the tax aspects of succession.
He supports individual and corporate clients and family businesses in the processes of preparing and implementing effective and safe tax scenarios and succession plans, also based on foreign structures. He has extensive experience in providing tax advice to individual clients, professionals, artists and athletes, as well as in designing tax structures for charities, non-profit institutions and trusts.

Experience
He provided tax advice on hundreds of business ventures in various sectors of the economy, including complex and complicated restructuring processes. He took an active part in preparation of models, from the tax perspective, of several dozen of film and television production projects, including high-budget international co-productions.
He has represented dozens of clients in precedent-setting disputes with tax authorities, demonstrating the inconsistency of Polish tax legislation with EU regulations and leading to the refund of millions of dollars of unduly collected taxes.
Since 2019, managing partner at ALLIN TAX Tax Advisory Company. Previously, he spent 12 years with the LSW law firm, where he was managing partner of the tax advisory practice from 2012 to 2019.
Knowledge sharing
Author of numerous articles and commentaries in the specialist press. Frequent speaker at conferences, particularly those organised for the audiovisual, media and creative industries. He also has experience and knowledge in the tax aspects of commercialisation of intellectual property (including scientific research).

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw and Postgraduate Studies in Law and Taxes at the University of Warsaw. He is entered on the list of attorneys-at-law kept by the Warsaw Bar Association (OIRP Warszawa. Member of the National Chamber of Tax Advisers.
