Marta Trapszo-Drabczyńska specialises in civil law, intellectual property law, and trade mark matters. She represents clients at every stage of proceedings, with particular focus on the protection of reputation, image, and renown, bringing extensive litigation experience in the field of personal rights protection.
A passionate cinephile and film festival enthusiast, outside the courtroom she trades the litigation bench for the dance floor.
Experience
She has many years of professional experience gained at reputable law firms and companies operating in the creative industry. Previously associated with LSW law firm, where she ran an IP practice from 2023. She developed litigation strategy and successfully represented clients in the most high-profile personal rights cases in Poland.
She is well versed in industrial property law matters, having supported clients in registration and contentious proceedings before the Polish Patent Office and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).
She has also provided legal services for film and television production and distribution at one of the largest production houses on the market.
Education
A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, she completed postgraduate studies in Intellectual Property Law at the University of Warsaw. She was admitted to the Bar of the Warsaw Bar Association.
