At SKP he advises entities operating in various sectors of economy, in particular in real estate, services, production, creative and advertising industries. He supports clients both in day-to-day tax advisory as well as in projects related to tax planning or implementation of restructuring transactions, tax audits and due diligence.
He has good knowledge and understanding of the tax aspects of the advertising and film industry. He successfully represents clients in proceedings before tax authorities and administrative courts. He often advises individual clients, the liberal professions, artists and athletes.
Experience
He has provided tax advice on numerous business ventures in various sectors of the economy, including complex and complicated restructuring processes. He has planned and implemented many tax service projects for film and television productions, including high-budget co-productions, both domestic and international. He has advised numerous producers, publishers, advertising agencies and media houses. He has represented clients in many complex local tax proceedings (property tax). He also advised in aspects regarding on gaming tax.
He has represented clients in precedent-setting disputes with tax authorities, demonstrating the contradiction of Polish tax regulations with EU regulations and thus leading to the refund of millions of dollars of unduly collected taxes.
Since 2019 he is a partner and managing partner in ALLIN TAX Tax Advisory Company. Previously, he spent 9 years with the LSW law firm, which he joined after spending several years in the tax advisory department of Deloitte.
Knowledge sharing
Author of articles and commentaries both in specialist press and publications in his clients’ trade magazines. Often acts as a speaker and expert during trainings and thematic meetings on taxes, including for the audiovisual, media and creative industries.
Co-author of the commentary to the Gambling Act.
Education
Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. Member of the National Chamber of Tax Advisers.
