We are pleased to welcome two new senior associates to our team: Marta Trapszo-Drabczyńska and Rafał Trzeciakowski. Marta strengthens our IP/TMT practice, while Rafał joins our Corporate and M&A practice.
 
Marta is an advocate with extensive experience, specialising in civil law, intellectual property law and trade mark matters. She represents clients at all stages of proceedings, with a particular focus on the protection of reputation, image and goodwill, bringing substantial litigation experience in the field of personal rights protection.
 
Rafał is an attorney-at-law and holds a PhD in law, with over fourteen years of experience, specialising in business succession and broadly understood corporate advisory, including transactional work. He advises primarily family-owned businesses on ownership and asset structuring, while also handling day-to-day legal services for companies and NGOs.
