We welcome Michal Kiedrzyn to the team, who recently joined SKP to support our corporate law and M&A transactions practice.
 
Michal is an attorney specialising in corporate law and M&A. He has experience in transactional projects, including conducting due diligence and preparing and negotiating transactional documentation, as well as carrying out business entity reorganisation processes (transformations, mergers and divisions of commercial law companies), including those of a cross-border nature. As part of day-to-day services for business entities, she drafts and negotiates business contracts and deals with the preparation of comprehensive corporate documentation (e.g. resolutions of bodies, personnel changes in bodies, amendments to contracts and articles of association of companies, submission of applications to registry courts).
