We are pleased to announce that we advised Instytut Monitorowania Mediów on acquiring a controlling stake in PSMM Monitoring & More and, thus, in NEWTON Media Polska. The closing of the transaction took place in the first quarter of 2024.
 
For more than 24 years, the Instytut Monitorowania Mediów has led Poland’s media reporting analytics sector. Since 2009, it has also offered its services in Romania under the mediaTRUST brand.
 
The company’s press release stated that adding more companies to the IMM Group provides clients access to high-quality data and a comprehensive offer addressing various information needs.
