Experienced litigator. Specialises in civil law, intellectual property law and anti-unfair competition issues. She successfully represents clients in cases of the so-called media crises, at the pre-trial stage and during court proceedings. She supports PR departments and PR agencies in developing media strategies for both public sector clients and private entities.
A lawyer who understands the importance of legal support and has a genuine understanding of the entrusted case. Irrespective of her intensive work she is involved in socially important initiatives and causes. Privately a fan of active leisure – sports and travelling, as well as good cinema and reading. Whenever she has a moment, she likes to spend her free time on the tennis court.
Experience
On a daily basis she supports entities from the creative and entertainment industry, including, among others, film and television producers, production houses, media houses, and book publishers. Thanks to the services provided to Polish and international advertising agencies, as well as marketing and influencer marketing departments, she also has extensive experience in advertising and marketing law. She advises trade organisations bringing together entities from the advertising and marketing industry, e.g. she prepares and gives her opinion on draft regulations concerning these entities.
She gained professional experience in a Warsaw law firm and the European Parliament in Brussels.
Hanna is the winner of the 12th edition of the competition “Rising Stars Lawyers – leaders of tomorrow 2023”, organised by Wolters Kluwer Polska
Knowledge sharing
She is the author of a number of industry publications and a speaker at legal and business conferences. She conducts training in intellectual property law, including advertising and press law. Associated with the activities of the Bar Association – currently a member of the Commission on Ethics and Bar Secrecy.
Education
A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. She is registered on the list of attorneys-at-law of the Warsaw Bar Association.
