She specialises in intellectual property law, with particular focus on copyright law. She provides ongoing legal services to film and television producers. Her interests also include protection of personal rights of natural and legal persons.
Experience
She gained her professional experience in a public film production institution – first in the production department and then in the legal department. She has coordinated and supervised numerous film and television productions, both feature films and documentaries. She has been involved in drafting and negotiating contracts with filmmakers, co-production, distribution and other agreements.
Education
Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration and the Institute of Art History at the University of Warsaw. She completed the School of American Law (organised by the University of Florida Levin College of Law and the University of Warsaw) and the Course for Creative Producers at the Wajda School.
Admitted to practice as an attorney by the Warsaw Bar Association.
