He specialises in intellectual property law, in particular copyright law, advertising law, as well as unfair competition, consumer rights, protection of personal rights and e-commerce.

He advises clients on the implementation of IT solutions, starting with bidding procedures for the selection of a supplier, through preparation and negotiation of implementation and service agreements. He has completed a number of complex projects in the field of IT systems implementation.

He provides comprehensive advice on personal data protection, including auditing personal data processing activities, development and implementation of documentation, as well as representing clients before the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

He also provides legal services to clients in the field of protection of personal rights, representing them before courts in cases of violation of personal rights of both natural and legal persons.

Since 2022 he has been a partner in the SKP law firm. For the last 5 years he has been involved in the IP/TMT practice of LSW. Previously, he gained experience, inter alia, in the law firm dealing with advising on new technologies, the Office of Electronic Communications and a telecommunications operator.

Author of a number of industry publications and a speaker at law and business conferences. Conducts training courses on personal data, IT and e-commerce.
