He specialises in intellectual property law, new technologies, image protection, IT, reputation and good name protection, privacy and personal data. His trademark is precedent-setting litigation and trials concerning the protection of the reputation of individuals and corporations. Due to his experience in this area, he often advises on public image issues and its protection.

Experience
He has advised on hundreds of the biggest artistic and production projects in Poland. He has carried out projects for producers, artists, book and press publishers, advertising agencies, public relations and media houses. A talented negotiator – for his clients he signs the best contracts, supports them in the sale and licensing of copyright and related rights, as well as assists in legal issues related to the development, production and broadcast of commercials and their protection against unfair competition. He has worked on transactions related to the emergence and operation of new media and on a number of online ventures.
Since 2022, he has co-founded the SKP law firm, where he is the managing partner. Previously, he held this position at the LSW law firm, of which he was a co-founder. He gained his first professional experience in a Warsaw law firm dealing with business law and a London law firm Ross&Craig.
Knowledge sharing
Member of the Civil Law Codification Commission. Co-founder and arbitrator of the Court of Arbitration at the National Chamber of Audiovisual Producers and arbitrator Arbitrator of the Court of Arbitration at the Lewiatan Confederation for the Creative and Cultural Market. An expert and commentator on numerous publications on Polish law and a speaker at numerous law and business conferences. Since the beginning of his work as an attorney, he has been associated with the activities of the attorneys’ self-government – he served as a disciplinary judge for a few terms of office, currently he is a member of the Bar Council and the Chair of the Ethics and Bar Secrecy Committee.

A graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Warsaw. Admitted to practice as an attorney by the Warsaw Bar Association.
