She specialises in intellectual and industrial property law, with particular focus on trademark law and protection of reputation.
Her professional activities include protection of personal rights of individuals and legal persons, as well as legal support of media crises. Her interests also include copyright law and press law. She provides ongoing legal services in cases involving infringement of personal rights in artistic, journalistic or marketing activity.
Experience
She prepares legal opinions and agreements concerning the broadly defined subjects of IP law, with special focus on trademarks, including opinions on the distinctiveness of trademarks and their potential conflict with earlier marks. She conducts registration of national, EU and international trademarks. Supports clients in litigation before the Polish Patent Office and the European Union Intellectual Property Office.
Previously, she gained experience in a renowned Polish law firm supporting the IP/TMT team as part of her student internship.
Education
Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. Her Master’s thesis concerned the issue of unconventional trademarks. Legal attorney in her third year at the District Council of Attorneys in Warsaw.
