Attorney Paweł Postolko specialises in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and day-to-day legal services for business entities, in which he draws on his experience in conducting civil and criminal commercial litigation.
A lawyer who loves snowboarding. During the summer, he makes the wait for winter more pleasant by dividing his free time between attending music festivals, hiking in the mountains, swimming, and sailing.
Experience
His experience in the field of corporate/M&A includes participation in transactional projects, including those of a cross-border nature, conducting due diligence studies, as well as carrying out reorganisation processes of business entities based on the regulations of the Commercial Companies Code (transformations, mergers, and divisions of commercial law companies). As part of his day-to-day services to business entities, he drafts business contracts and corporate documentation. In his practice, he has advised, among others, entities from the following industries: IT, telecommunications, real estate, agriculture, and catering. In addition, he has practical experience in conducting court cases. He has been working with SKP Law Firm since July 2023.

Education
Graduated in law from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University, where he then completed Postgraduate Studies in Economic and Fiscal Criminal Law. He passed the bar exam in 2021. He is registered on the list of attorneys of the Bar Association in Warsaw.
