Szymon Szuksztul specialises in labour and social security law, civil law, and broadly defined business law. He drafts and adapts acts of internal labour law to current legal regulations. In addition, he represents clients in court and out-of-court proceedings (including labour, civil, commercial, and consumer law) and provides advice on disputes.
In his private time, he enjoys being active outdoors with a particular focus on football, which he has played for many years at the amateur level in a six-a-side football league. Fan of music of past decades, with a particular focus on hits from the 80s and 90s.
Experience
Szymon gained experience in a renowned Tricity law firm specialising in broadly defined commercial law. In his previous practice, he has dealt with drafting, adapting, and providing opinions on contracts and acts of internal labour law (e.g. work regulations, remuneration, or collective bargaining agreements) in both public and private sector entities. He has extensive litigation experience. For many years, he has represented hundreds of clients – individuals as well as small, medium, and large entrepreneurs – before common courts in civil, commercial, and labour and social insurance law cases.

He is the author of a series of articles on labour law and social security topics for the trojmiasto.pl portal.
Education
Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdańsk. As of 2019, he is registered on the list of attorneys-at-law at the Gdańsk Bar Association of attorneys-at-law (OIRP Gdańsk).
