Experience
Joint-stock company agreement
Our lawyers represented a debtor operating in the media and events industry throughout the judicial restructuring process until the conclusion and approval of the agreement. The support provided to the client included the process of active negotiation with the creditors and the court supervisor on the terms of accepting the agreement.
Representing a creditor in entering into an agreement
Our lawyers represented a creditor-bondholder bank in one of the largest restructuring processes of a construction company in Poland, which ended with a restructuring agreement and approval of a composition agreement.
Prepared liquidation (pre-pack)
Our team represented the debtor and prepared, on his behalf, a bankruptcy petition together with an application for approval of the terms of a prepared sale, of significant components of the debtor’s assets as part of the prepared liquidation (pre-pack) procedure. We successfully assisted the client in obtaining the consent of the pledgee bank for the pre-pack and the final approval of the sale conditions by the bankruptcy court.
