Our lawyers provided comprehensive support to the selling party in the sale of 100% shares of a company holding the status of a domestic payment institution (under the supervision of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority) and a clearing agent (under the supervision of the National Bank of Poland) to a private equity fund consolidating the market.
