Expertise

Ensuring compliance of an organisation's activities with the applicable laws and internal regulations is one of the most significant challenges entrepreneurs face nowadays. A way to effectively reduce the risk in this area is to introduce a compliance system within the organisation, i.e. a set of internal procedures to protect the enterprise against irregularities and abuse resulting from a violation of the law or established rules of conduct.

We provide comprehensive support to businesses in compliance audits and designing, implementing, and enforcing compliance systems and internal procedures.

  • Audit of the company to identify risks of non-compliance with legislation

  • Development and implementation of a business-specific compliance system

  • Development and implementation of procedures (including anti-bribery procedures, anti-corruption procedures, whistleblower and whistleblower protection procedures, procedures for dealing with inspections by state authorities, internal investigation procedures, procurement procedures)

  • Conducting internal investigations aimed at detecting and documenting abuses in the organisation and identifying their perpetrators

  • Training for employees on the rules of conduct in the event of crisis situations in the company (e.g. dawn raid, office search, retention of documents)

  • Representation of the organisation and management in proceedings before state authorities

Dlaczego zatem […]
