Legal opinions on AI solutions

We have been preparing an assessment of the risks associated with the use of specific AI tools, in particular taking into account the licensing conditions and rules for the use of generative AI solutions in various industries, including advertising and media.

Regulations for the use of AI

We have supported companies in the creative industries to create and implement internal regulations for the use of AI tools by their employees and associates.

AI and copyright

We have opined on copyright issues (regarding the use of generative artificial intelligence creations as well as the possibility of using content to train AI models) and advised our clients in relation to the use of AI tools in their business and the consequences of such use.

Contract negotiations

AI Working Group at the Association of Marketing Communication SAR (pol. Stowarzyszenie Komunikacji Marketingowej SAR)

Our lawyers participated in the AI working group for the advertising industry, which developed tools and environmental recommendations on agency-client relationships, risk assessment of the use of generative AI tools, AI education and the creation of an AI knowledge base for the advertising industry.
