Our lawyers are experienced in providing legal services to festivals, media events and mass events. We advise at all stages of such undertakings – from protecting the concept and branding of the event, to agreements with sponsors and local authorities regarding the name and venue, to relationships with ticket sellers.
Collaboration between a designer and a clothing brand
Our lawyers participated in the preparation of cooperation agreements between one of the best known and valued Polish designers and a popular clothing brand. Thanks to our support, a limited collection of clothes was created.
Interior design and visual identity system for a financial institution
On behalf of an artist, designer and interior designer, we negotiated a contract to develop a new functional concept and interior design together with a new visual identity system for one of the largest financial institutions in Poland.
Contracts for cabaret texts
