Experience

Launch of job placement and personnel consultancy agency

Our lawyers comprehensively designed a model of functioning and launched an employment agency and personnel consultancy for an entity providing shared services in the HR area within a capital group. The project also included the creation of model documentation and then ongoing legal services for processes carried out by the entity.

Dispute between employer and top manager

Our team represented an employer in a dispute with an employee and a member of the management board related to the termination of employment and expiry of a mandate from a position held in the company. The case was concluded by way of a settlement agreement approved by the court.

Implementation of procedures to prevent harassment and discrimination

Our lawyers supported the implementation of anti-harassment and anti-discrimination policies in a number of companies, including in particular the procedures to be followed before a hearing committee on harassment and discrimination.
