Experience
New model of online payment technology
We provided strategic advice to a technology company on a project to implement a new online payment standard in cooperation with one of its banks and business partners. The project included technological issues (IP), personal data (RODO/GDPR), the level of permissible outsourcing in the financial industry (in the context of KNF regulations), cloud solutions, as well as financial aspects (API, PSD2).
IT in industry
As part of the support for the construction of a catalyst factory, we were also responsible for the implementation process of specialist software for production. We negotiated the implementation agreement with the foreign developer, the issue of licenses, warranty and service. In addition, we handled the negotiation of a contract with the plant’s IT service provider.
AR application
We were responsible for the legal aspects of a complex implementation on the Polish market of a mobile application using augmented reality (AR) functionalities. We created the legal framework for the entire project, as well as regulations, legal notices, privacy policy and contract templates with partners who presented commercial offers in the application.
IT implementation dispute
We represented a company in a mediation process and in a court dispute concerning a contract and the implementation of dedicated software executed in the agile methodology.
