Experience
We provide opinions on marketing strategies, materials and promotional activities (also for sensitive products or listed companies). We advise on rebranding processes, the creation of new products, brands, packaging or interior and exterior design.
Creation of a new product line
For branding agencies we have prepared and negotiated agreements concerning marketing strategy and creation of new product lines, including well-known food brands.
Advertising
We represented advertising agencies and their clients in negotiations and conclusion of contracts with well-known figures from the world of film, television and music for their participation in commercials. Our team provided legal services to advertising agencies during negotiations and cooperation with, among others, four A-class Hollywood stars who appeared in TV, billboard, press and image commercials in Poland.
Corporate sponsorship agreement with a well-known athlete
We supported a well-known athlete in negotiating a sponsorship agreement and technology partnership with a global corporation. The negotiations involved obtaining funds for the athlete to participate in the Dakar Rally and other rally events, as well as the use of the athlete’s image and name by the corporation.
Project leaders
We are very strongly associated with the advertising industry. We cooperate on an ongoing basis with the Association of Marketing Communications SAR. We are also auditors of the most important advertising industry competitions, such as Effie, KTR, Media Trendy, etc. We give lectures on advertising law at, among others, SAR Advertising University, MediaRun Academy and the H. Grocjusz Intellectual Property Rights Centre in Krakow.
